SCELP also relies on a network of volunteers who assist in SCELP's work. Our volunteers include attorneys who help us with legal work; experts who help us analyze technical, scientific, and resource issues; photographers who help us produce court exhibits and our newsletter photos; and many others who provide valuable help in many aspects of our work. SCELP is funded by grants from private foundations, individual contributions, fees awarded by courts, and payments from client groups. Contributions to SCELP are tax-deductible to the extent allowed under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code, and can be made online with a credit card or mailed to:
