Volunteer

SCELP also relies on a network of volunteers who assist in SCELP's work. Our volunteers include attorneys who help us with legal work; experts who help us analyze technical, scientific, and resource issues; photographers who help us produce court exhibits and our newsletter photos; and many others who provide valuable help in many aspects of our work. To volunteer your time and assistance, please contact Amy Armstrong at (843) 527-0078 or send an e-mail to amy@scelp.org.

Job and Internship Opportunities

You may have noticed from all of the information on our website that SCELP does some pretty wonderful work. But, did you know that SCELP is also a wonderful place to work? Located in downtown Georgetown, our dog-friendly office is in a beautiful historic house that is a short walk to waterfront shops and restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. We offer law students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain meaningful experience in environmental litigation.
