Liz Igleheart After completing her first 6-year term on the SCELP Board, Liz continued to serve as the chair of the Development Committee. Now she has returned to the Board to lend her decades of experience in non-profit consulting, fundraising, and management, to our efforts to broaden our base of support and continue our presence and impact across the state.

Liz was Vice President of Advancement for Transitions Homeless Center in Columbia. While there, she managed all donor cultivation efforts, developed several new fundraising events and secured several new multi-year grants which enabled the organization to expand programs and operations. Prior to Transitions, Liz was a Director of Development for the Arnold School of Public Health at USC. Before moving to Columbia is 2010, Liz held several executive positions in the healthcare field. Her role as Senior Consultant, for Towers Perrin in both their Dallas and Atlanta offices, eventually led her to a position as Director of Provider Relations for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, and then a role as Director of Operations for GCAPP. In 2008, she accepted an opportunity to blend her personal and professional experiences and stepped into the role of Executive Director for Senior Services North Fulton.

Over the course of her career, and while raising two children, Liz also served on several non-profit boards, from Childcare Dallas to the Community Assistance Center in Atlanta, GA, to EdVenture and Senior Resources in Columbia.
