TRENTON — A citizen nonprofit’s appeal against the development of an RV park outside Trenton in Edgefield County was dismissed by a circuit court judge June 8, clearing the way for Blackston Custom Homes to now apply for state permitting that, if granted, would feed the project back to the county for a final review.

And potentially another appeal.

If it gets that far.
