Terry Grayson-Caprio has more than 35 years of experience as a technical financial expert and valued business strategist who has led global teams, boards, and companies through transformational change and large-scale growth. As a Managing Partner of KPMG LLP, Terry served a variety of public and private clients, working in industries including forest products, industrial markets (automotive and advanced materials), consumer markets, financial and professional services, and international growth companies. A passionate advocate for her clients, she has gained the respect of executive teams and boards for her ability to navigate challenges and take decisive action to improve results. Terry is an influential member of multiple boards including Southern First Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFST), Caldwell Partners International, Inc. (TSX: CWL), SC Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities Foundation (Board Chair), and the Winthrop University Foundation.

Terry and her husband, Mike Caprio, are both retired KPMG partners and split their time between Greenville, SC and Charleston, SC.
